Her team is well-prepared, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented.

Shortly after her initial visit, she provided detailed sketches of what we discussed. I attached a few of the pictures, but she also sent videos. The final project turned out even better than what these pictures captured.

I read through these reviews as well as those from several other companies. As someone who doesn't have a lot of money, I can tell you that doing it right the first time will save you more than cutting corners and having to redo or fix the original. Even before writing this review, I took months to make sure the drainage was ok. And, I will update if any issues are unresolved (which I doubt because Lucy still responds to all my inquiries). If you are on the fence, rest assured that you are in good hands if you choose to go with them.

  In early March 2023, I decided to renovate my small patio. I requested the services of Master Pavers for an estimate. The assignment was less than any extravagant detail. ... read more I appealed to Master Pavers for the following revisions. The estimate Lucy provided is as follows:
$1500.00 decorative rocks
$850.00 clean up pavers, weeds, and add polymeric sand
$650.00 artificial turf (my dog)
$750.00 minor gate repair
Total estimate: $3,750.00

Lucy arrived with an associate, who, while both in my presence, conversed in Spanish. Any attempts for price negotiations were immediately disregarded. I was abruptly dismissed. Master Pavers was not adding plants or furniture. My boyfriend and I exceeded the estimate Master Pavers quoted, way beyond my expectations. The total amount
we spent was, $2500.

She was very professional, took measurements, and walked me through options that would make our yard more drought friendly.

I had a limited budget, so I planned only to do my front yard. But since she was there, I decided to have her come and quote my back yard as well. Mainly looking for a cleanup to remove bushes, install weed barrier, and replace years' worth of old mulch.

As promised, she provided me a quote the very next Monday, which was good enough that I had it within my budget to do both the front and back yards. Within 2 weeks they were able to start the work.

The first work day came, and not only were the crew there bright and early, so were Lucy and John. They made sure that everything we discussed was properly explained to the crew and work was ready to start.

About halfway through the job, I decided to ask if they might be able to fix my fence as well as it really wasn't installed properly and needed support. Lucy quoted me on the spot, which was more reasonable than any other quote I had received. We agreed, and the work was completed the next day.

All in all the crew worked every day for 5 straight days. They did an amazing job, were extremely polite, and cleaned everything up after each day. Lucy and I were in constant communication via phone calls and text messages, so I knew exactly what was happening at all times.

When you look for contracting work, all you can do is look at reviews and hope the people you are dealing with are honest. And that is what you get with Master Pavers. I can honestly say Lucy, John, and the crew at Master Pavers take a lot of pride in their work, and it shows.

We will definitely be calling them again when we decide to do our phase 2.

  Loved my experience with Master Pavers! I truly appreciated Lucy's direct approach and honesty in telling me what would and wouldn't work in my space. She was able to squeeze... read more me in between bigger jobs and I'm really happy with the result! Her crew did a great job with the pavers & fire pit and the new flowers & bushes are perfect for the space, adding much needed color while surviving full all day sun. I would definitely work with Master Pavers again!
