  In early March 2023, I decided to renovate my small patio. I requested the services of Master Pavers for an estimate. The assignment was less than any extravagant detail. ... read more I appealed to Master Pavers for the following revisions. The estimate Lucy provided is as follows:
$1500.00 decorative rocks
$850.00 clean up pavers, weeds, and add polymeric sand
$650.00 artificial turf (my dog)
$750.00 minor gate repair
Total estimate: $3,750.00

Lucy arrived with an associate, who, while both in my presence, conversed in Spanish. Any attempts for price negotiations were immediately disregarded. I was abruptly dismissed. Master Pavers was not adding plants or furniture. My boyfriend and I exceeded the estimate Master Pavers quoted, way beyond my expectations. The total amount
we spent was, $2500.

* Large trees in 30" pots
* Solar lights
* Several garden ornaments

In conclusion, don't be scammed. Take pride in your own endeavors. You will further appreciate your accomplishments.

  The backyard was a huge investment, so I took a lot of time gathering quotes and researching before making a decision. Lucy fell in the middle-range of the average quotes,... read more but I have no regrets spending a little more for the quality and experience. Lucy is honest, helpful, and responsive. Her team is well-prepared, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented.

Shortly after her initial visit, she provided detailed sketches of what we discussed. I attached a few of the pictures, but she also sent videos. The final project turned out even better than what these pictures captured.

I read through these reviews as well as those from several other companies. As someone who doesn't have a lot of money, I can tell you that doing it right the first time will save you more than cutting corners and having to redo or fix the original. Even before writing this review, I took months to make sure the drainage was ok. And, I will update if any issues are unresolved (which I doubt because Lucy still responds to all my inquiries). If you are on the fence, rest assured that you are in good hands if you choose to go with them.

  During the huge rainstorm in October, 2021, my backyard as well as my neighbors yard flooded up to the house. John came out and found several clogs in... read more the main drain from the backyard caused by roots and probably years worth of leaves and silt backed up behind the roots. Because the old drain was under the cement walkway, a new drain was installed from the backyard to the front drain. John and the crew were professional, hard working and kept me informed of the progress. The job was completed promptly and the cost was very reasonable. The good news is, after all the rain of the past few weeks, my backyard (and my neighbor's) has no standing water and water from the backyard is pouring out of the front drain.
