  During the huge rainstorm in October, 2021, my backyard as well as my neighbors yard flooded up to the house. John came out and found several clogs in... read more the main drain from the backyard caused by roots and probably years worth of leaves and silt backed up behind the roots. Because the old drain was under the cement walkway, a new drain was installed from the backyard to the front drain. John and the crew were professional, hard working and kept me informed of the progress. The job was completed promptly and the cost was very reasonable. The good news is, after all the rain of the past few weeks, my backyard (and my neighbor's) has no standing water and water from the backyard is pouring out of the front drain. $1500.00 decorative rocks
$850.00 clean up pavers, weeds, and add polymeric sand
$650.00 artificial turf (my dog)
$750.00 minor gate repair
Total estimate: $3,750.00

Lucy arrived with an associate, who, while both in my presence, conversed in Spanish. Any attempts for price negotiations were immediately disregarded. I was abruptly dismissed. Master Pavers was not adding plants or furniture. My boyfriend and I exceeded the estimate Master Pavers quoted, way beyond my expectations. The total amount
we spent was, $2500.
